How We Work
A clear route from your first enquiry to an agreed scope, coordinated works and documented handover.
Work out what’s needed
We’ll look at the information available and explain whether a visit, inspection or more design detail is needed. We’ll also ask about access and whether the building will remain in use.
Agree the scope and quotation
We’ll set out what’s included in the quotation, any assumptions or exclusions, access arrangements and the records you’ll receive. If something needs checking first, we’ll agree that with you.
Plan and coordinate the work
We’ll plan the work around the building, the people using it and any other trades involved. Timings, access and making good will be part of that conversation.
Complete and record
We’ll carry out the agreed completion checks and provide the records included in your scope. These may include photos, locations, product details and applicable certification.
Discuss ongoing requirements
If your building needs maintenance, another inspection or a further phase of work, we can talk you through the options.
